I surmise another thing you'll be happiest about is not having computers, monitors, and other random hardware invade your bedroom space... not to mention 2 or 3 people working over you while you sleep in the morning ;)

You really think immigration would be that easy to you? 3 months after I moved to Canada for a permanent job, the US immigration still wouldn't accept the idea that I live in Vancouver.

I never ever think the INS goes easy on me. I have many anecdotes on this blog that attest to how incompetent, uninformed or confused they can be (I don't make it any easier with the myriad of stamps and visas). However, having a straight answer for the simplest and first question asked is always a good start :)
