  • I've been using Sharp Reader for a while and it's not bad...
  • I've been using Sharp Reader as well. And it's free. It's pretty good so far. Allows you to set how often you want to check for updates for each site, how long you want to keep said updates, etc. What I do like is that I can close it and not be bothered by updates, but I can still keep my Outlook open for emails. Can you do that with the Outlook plug-ins? Just wondering since I'm one of the biggest news junkies there is and have to turn it off when I work. Also, it doesn't use Technorati to find "conversations" happening around a particular post like Newsmonster does, but I think I'd get sucked into a quagmire of blogs if Sharp Reader did that.
